Welcome to M-Power Salon & Spa. By accessing or booking services through our website mpowersalonandspa.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

• These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking system, and services offered at M-Power Salon & Spa.

• By making an appointment, purchasing a product, or visiting our salon, you agree to abide by these terms.

• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.

• A valid contact number and/or email address are required to confirm bookings.

• In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the service cost but are non-refundable if you cancel late or do not show up.

3. Cancellation & Missed Appointments

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Services & Payments

• All services must be paid in full at the time of completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [insert other accepted payment methods].

• Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed at the time of scheduling.

• Service fees are non-refundable. Adjustments or corrections may be offered at management’s discretion if concerns are raised within 3 days of the appointment.

5. Retail Products

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.

• Opened, used, or discounted products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• They must be used before the stated expiration date.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling with applicable fees.

• You agree to provide accurate information about your health, allergies, or conditions that may affect your treatment.

• M-Power Salon & Spa is not liable for any reactions or issues arising from undisclosed health conditions or use of products outside the salon.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• All treatments are provided by licensed and trained professionals. While we take every precaution, results may vary depending on individual circumstances.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, M-Power Salon & Spa is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings while on our premises.

  • Adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose relevant health or product information.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services or website.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on mpowersalonandspa.com (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of M-Power Salon & Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

• You agree not to misuse the website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
