At M-Power Salon & Spa, our goal is to provide exceptional service and high-quality products. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines how refunds, adjustments, and product returns are handled for both services and retail purchases.
1. Services

No Refunds: Payments made for salon and spa services are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days. We will assess the concern and may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction at our discretion.

Missed Appointment Policy:

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.

Same-day cancellations or reschedules are subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may shorten your service time to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
2. Retail Products

Eligible Returns: Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used personal care products

Discounted or sale items

Services and service packages

Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement or exchange for the same item.
3. Refunds

Services: As noted, service fees are non-refundable. Adjustments may be offered in line with our satisfaction guarantee.

Approved product refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable time after inspection.

Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original condition, or returned beyond the allowed period, may only qualify for partial refunds or store credit at management’s discretion.
4. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for the same item if defective, or for store credit if returned within the eligible timeframe.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Gift Items

If a product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the value of the item once it is returned in eligible condition.

If the gift was not marked as such at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Clients are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

We understand emergencies and unique circumstances arise. Please reach out to us directly to discuss situations outside these standard policies. Exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion.
