1. Do I really need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist/therapist. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but our schedule fills quickly, especially evenings and weekends.
2. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may be charged 50%, and no-shows are charged 100%. This ensures fairness for our staff and other clients waiting for appointments.
3. Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
We don’t offer refunds on services, but your satisfaction matters most to us. If you have concerns about your treatment or style, let us know within 48 hours — we’ll be happy to make it right. For products, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin or allergies?
Absolutely. We use high-quality, professional-grade products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let your stylist or therapist know before your appointment so we can recommend safe alternatives.
5. Do you offer services for men as well?
Yes! We welcome everyone. Our stylists and therapists are experienced in a full range of services for women, men, and teens.
6. Can I bring my child with me?
We love kids, but for safety reasons and to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we recommend arranging childcare during your appointment. Exceptions may apply for children’s haircut appointments.
7. Do you take bridal parties or group bookings?
Yes, we do! Whether it’s a wedding, prom, or special occasion, we can accommodate groups with advance notice. Please contact us directly to discuss packages and scheduling.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment options. Gift cards are also available for purchase in-store or online.
9. Where are you located, and is parking available?
We are conveniently located in Lee’s Summit, MO, with easy access for local residents and surrounding areas. Free parking is available on-site for all our clients.
10. Do you support local community events?

11. How far in advance should I book for prom, wedding, or holiday appointments?
For busy seasons like prom and holidays, we recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. For weddings, it’s best to book your bridal party months ahead to secure your date and team.
