Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make/keep your scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for your missed appointment.
If you must reschedule day of, you will be subject to paying 50% of your missed appointment.
If the appointment is missed without letting us know, you will be subject to paying 100% of your missed appointment.
M-Power does not offer refunds, however are always open to discussing issues that may arise.
